Founder

Prospect Investments LLC was founded in 2015 by David M. George.  Prior to founding the firm, Mr. George served in a variety of capacities for Aimco Apartments (NYSE: AIV), one of the premier multifamily real estate investment trusts in the United States, where he supported numerous institutional grade acquisition and development projects ranging from $20-200M, including:

•    New acquisitions in Manhattan and Phoenix

•    Ground-up development projects in Chicago and Boston

•    Redevelopment & rehabilitation projects in Boston, Seattle and Philadelphia

Mr. George is a graduate of Princeton University, where he concentrated in Spanish and Portuguese literature, and holds graduate degrees from The University of St. Andrews and The University of London in addition to an M.B.A. from Oxford University.
